Job summary

Griffin HR Consultancy PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a QA/QC professional to conduct daily hygiene inspections of processes, report non-conformances, handle customer feedback and support corrective actions.

The ideal candidate holds a Nitech in Food Science & Technology or a related field with at least 1 year of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing or central kitchens, and can work on-site in Boon Lay (5.5 days).

Qualifications

• Nitech in Food Science & Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing, food processing or a central kitchen.
• Consent to collection and processing of personal data for job applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily hygiene inspection of process workers, process rooms and related areas to ensure standards.
• Report any non-conformance of products/process/hygiene violations in a timely manner.
• Handle customer feedback and product rejections, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support inspections and audits while maintaining quality documentation.
