Job summary

KITSU FOODS PTE. LTD. is seeking a responsible Food Production & Operations Supervisor to support our food processing operations in Singapore. You will supervise daily production activities, ensure hygiene and safety, and coordinate with maintenance and warehouse teams.

The role requires hands-on involvement, a Class 4 driving licence, and a Food Safety Level 1 certificate, with English and Tamil language skills for workplace coordination.

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore Class 4 driving licence.
• Able to speak and write Tamil.
• Basic English communication is required for workplace coordination.
• Experience in the egg, food processing, food manufacturing or related industry is preferred.
• Experience in stores, warehouse or production operations is preferred.
• Safety-conscious, responsible and reliable.
• Willing to perform hands-on duties in a food production environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily food production and processing activities.
• Handle food products in accordance with food hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
• Assist with receiving, checking, storing and issuing raw materials, packaging materials and finished products.
• Maintain accurate stock and store records.
• Coordinate loading and unloading of raw materials, equipment and finished products.
• Operate company Class 4 vehicles for transportation and delivery duties.
• Conduct basic vehicle pre-trip checks and ensure safe transportation of goods.
• Coordinate manpower and daily work schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of production and storage areas.
• Assist with basic operational troubleshooting and coordination with maintenance personnel.
• Ensure company equipment, tools and materials are properly stored and maintained.
• Perform other operational duties assigned by management.
