Job summary

Hen Tick Foods Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee daily production processes, quality control, and safety standards in a fast-moving food environment.

The role requires training and supervising a team of assistants, meeting daily/weekly/monthly targets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and bilingual English/Chinese communication with associates and clients. This position involves working in a cool room environment with frozen products.

Qualifications

• Certificate / Diploma or equivalent qualifications with IT knowledge.
• At least 2 years of working experience with supervisory roles.
• Willing to work in cool room environment and handle frozen products.
• Positive attitude and flexibility.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese in order to liaise with the associates / clients.
