Job summary

HEN TICK COLDSTORAGE PTE LTD is seeking a Supervisory role to help manage daily operations in a cold storage environment in Singapore. The incumbent will oversee a team, ensure product quality, hygiene, and compliance with regulations, and drive productivity on a daily basis.

Candidates should have a certificate or diploma with IT knowledge, at least 2 years of supervisory experience, and be bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with associates and clients.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager to manage daily process and quality.

• Maintain and improve products standards, consistency and factory hygiene.
• Ensure compliance to regulatory laws and requirement.
• Build teamwork to improve productivity.
