Job summary

ZEN CAREER PTE. LTD. is seeking staff in Singapore to maintain inventory records and support warehouse operations. You will perform quality checks, operate approved equipment, keep areas tidy, and ensure smooth handovers of stock across departments.

The role involves tracking daily quantities and shrinkage, coordinating stock transfers with colleagues, and handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Rotating shifts cover mornings to evenings on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for stock tracking.
• Conduct quality checks on items handled with training.
• Operate equipment safely after training.
• Keep work areas clean, neat and organized.
• Ensure accurate inventory handover and takeover.
• Track daily quantities and shrinkage of raw and finished goods.
• Coordinate with warehouse colleagues on stock transfers.
• Assist other departments with ad-hoc duties (Seafood, Poultry, Picking, Crate Washing).
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Details:

• Basic up to $2,400
• 6 days / week including weekends and PHs, rotating shifts 7am to 3:20pm / 8am to 4:20pm /11.30am - 7.50pm

Job scope:

• Maintain accurate inventory records for effective stock tracking.
• Conduct quality checks on items handled, with training provided.
• Operate relevant equipment and machinery safely after training.
• Keep work areas clean, neat, and well-organized.
• Ensure accurate inventory handover and takeover.
• Track daily quantities and shrinkage of raw and finished goods.
• Coordinate with warehouse colleagues on stock transfers.
• Assist the Seafood, Poultry, Picking, and Crate Washing Departments with ad-hoc duties.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
