About the Role :

We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Operator to support food production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating food processing equipment, maintaining product quality standards, and ensuring smooth production workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process food products while adhering to quality control standards and food safety requirements.

• Operate and maintain food processing equipment, including conveyors, continuous fryers, and hot oil filtration systems.

• Perform food preparation activities such as mixing, blending, cutting, washing, frying, cleaning, and packing.

• Monitor production processes and ensure product quality standards are met.

• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine equipment checks.

• Support daily production targets while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.

• Maintain cleanliness, workplace safety, and hygiene standards within the production environment.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements :

• NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Food Processing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in food manufacturing or food processing environments.
