Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Lab Assistant to support food labs. You will cut and portion ingredients for practical lessons, store food properly, and ensure food safety standards are met in a clean, well-organized lab environment.

Responsibilities include checking equipment, managing inventory, assisting with orders, and performing duties as assigned by teachers, with Monday–Friday shifts from 7.00 am to 3.30 pm.

Qualifications

• PSLE certificate is required.
• SFA Food Safety Course Level 1 completed.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Cut and portion ingredients for NFS practical lessons.
• Store food properly and maintain food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of Food Labs.
• Check cookers, gas supply, and rubbish disposal after lessons.
• Perform inventory checks and stock-taking of consumables.
• Assist with food ordering, deliveries, and project food preparation.
• Any other duties assigned by the teachers.
