Job summary

KUMPULAN DEVELOPMENT (S) PTE LTD is seeking a proactive Purchasing Executive to join our FMCG team in Singapore. You will source products, manage supplier relationships, and coordinate replenishment to ensure product availability across departments.

You will generate purchase orders, negotiate terms, and track orders to resolve delivery and supply-related issues. The role requires 1–3 years of purchasing or procurement experience in FMCG or related industries, strong negotiation and Excel/ERP

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience.
• Experience in FMCG, distribution, retail, or related industries is preferred.
• Good negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure products, materials, and supplies based on business requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to ensure product availability.
• Generate and manage Purchase Orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Liaise with suppliers on quotations, pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Negotiate competitive pricing and terms to achieve cost savings.
• Track orders and resolve delivery, quality, and supply-related issues.
• Conduct supplier evaluations and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, Operations, and Finance teams.
• Analyze purchasing trends and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports in the ERP system.
