RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Corporate Governance & Compliance Coordinator to prepare and review contracts, policies, SOPs, and other governance docs, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

You will liaise with internal teams, HQ in Japan, auditors, and counsel, supporting risk assessments and regulatory monitoring. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Diploma in Law or related field, with 2–3 years in FMCG or similar industries, and proficiency in Word, Excel and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Corporate Governance or related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG or related industries.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with governance processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

Preparing, review, and maintain contracts, policies, SOPs, and other governance docs.
Identify documentation gaps, compliance risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare reports, data analysis, and materials for Management and planning.
Coordinate policy implementation, risk assessments, audits, and compliance initiatives.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, Japan HQ, auditors, and legal counsel on governance matters.
Support strategic projects and regulatory monitoring for Management.
