Job summary

Schneider Electric is offering an internship in Singapore for a Flow Design Intern to gain hands-on experience in coordinating goods movement, storage, and information flows. You will work with experienced professionals focused on your development and learn how to optimize supply chain processes within an Asia Pacific context.

The role requires pursuing a related Bachelor's degree, SAP proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams across APAC to enhance system readiness and data quality.
• Utilize standard project management tools to monitor progress and track deliverables.

Kick-start your career in logistics with a role designed for learning and growth. You'll gain hands-on experience supporting the coordination of goods movement, storage, and information flows while working alongside experienced professionals who are invested in your development.

What will you do:

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of supply chain and network flow projects from initial assessment through implementation and completion.
• Analyze end-to-end network flows across the Asia Pacific region, identify process gaps or non-conformities, and recommend improvement opportunities to optimize operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams across Asia Pacific to enhance system readiness, improve data quality, and maintain accurate master data.
• Utilize standard project management tools to monitor project progress, track deliverables, and support effective project execution.

What qualifications will make you successful:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in SAP, with the ability to navigate and utilize ERP systems to support supply chain, operations, and project-related activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different regions.
• Demonstrates a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with a passion for continuous improvement and optimizing supply chain processes and performance.
