Job summary

The Daily Blooms Collective Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on floral designer to prepare and arrange fresh bouquets, hampers and gifts, manage daily orders, and support campaigns.

You will work closely with the delivery team in a fast-paced Singapore environment. A minimum of 2 years floral design experience is preferred; strong eye for presentation, inventory control, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. This on-site role offers staff discounts and a friendly team culture.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of floral design experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Condition and arrange fresh flower bouquets, hampers, and gift sets following brand standards to ensure quality presentation.
• Process customer orders and requests accurately through online and offline channels to meet client needs.
• Manage flower ordering, stock rotation, and inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels and freshness.
• Prepare daily flower orders for dispatch and coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of the floral workspace to support efficient operations.
• Support festive campaigns and product launches by assisting with preparation and execution during peak periods.
• Adapt to a fast-paced work environment by managing multiple tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members to achieve smooth daily operations.
