Part-Time / Internship Position

Operations is the backbone of every organisation and plays a crucial part in the smooth functioning of daily activities. The role will see you covering a wide array of tasks mainly in the area of supply chain management.

• Working together with operations team to ensure smooth running of day – to – day operations
• Liaising with suppliers and procuring supplies
• Inventory management
• Ensure products are pristine before sending them out to customers
• Developing and overseeing the onboarding and training
• Any other related ad-hoc assignments

Guidelines and Requirements

You should have a can do attitude, the ability to generate and suggest ideas to optimise operations, and also an exceptional passion for learning.

• A willingness to learn and pick up new skills
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment
• A positive and can do attitude
• Available to commit to late shifts and long hours for peak period events – Valentine’s Day / Mother’s Day / Weddings
• Prior experience not required, but would be a plus!
