Job summary

Little Farms is expanding its florist section and seeks a dedicated Florist to craft bouquets, engage with customers, and shape seasonal displays. You will join a small, hands-on team passionate about flowers and retail excellence.

Bring your floristry craft to life in a dynamic grocery setting, with opportunities to contribute to seasonal collections and new offerings that reflect the Little Farms experience. Weekend and PH shifts required.

Qualifications

• Experience in floristry and bouquet making.
• Knowledge of flower handling, conditioning and care.
• Good eye for color, texture and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Create bouquets and arrangements for various occasions.
• Assist customers in selecting flowers and explaining care tips.
• Maintain freshness and manage stock to reduce wastage.

  Care for flowers and foliage, maintain freshness and help manage stock and wastage.

  Work closely with retail colleagues, share your knowledge and support smooth daily operations.
