Job summary

MEMORIAL Group of Companies in Woodlands is seeking individuals with a well-groomed personality and strong communication skills for a floral designer role. You will craft bouquets, wreaths, and table arrangements while actively suggesting options for various occasions.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of floral arrangement experience, be creative, customer-focused, and able to work under pressure. Weekend/public holiday shifts and team collaboration are expected.

Responsibilities

• Create and design arrangements of flower collections (hand bouquets, wreaths, table flowers, centerpieces).
• Provide occasion-specific flower suggestions.
• Fulfil daily customer orders in time.
• Prepare and pack flower arrangements and materials for event set-up.
• Care for and maintain flowers and plants; ensure optimum storage.
• Optimize flower usage to minimize wastage.
• Keep work area, equipment, display cases and shelves clean and orderly.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
