Qualifications

• Must be able to lead and coordinate a catering team on flights.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team briefing and attendance for flight catering operations.
• Review AFSS and meal orders for accuracy and special requirements.
• Plan and manage loading of meal carts and equipment into Hi-lift trucks.
• Supervise on-board catering handover and coordinate with cabin crew.
• Monitor flight catering process from start to finish until departure.
• Ensure SAP flight closure and complete related documentation.
• Maintain compliance with food safety and workplace policies.
• Handle ad-hoc duties and identify areas for operational improvement.
