Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an Inventory Clerk to support stock checking, order processing, and logistics coordination in a fast-paced lab supplies environment.

You will tally incoming stock, assist in counts, raise purchase orders, process emails to clients, and help ensure timely deliveries while coordinating with supervisors. The role offers flexible start times and a chance for overtime during onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
• Experience in PO / DO order processing and able to tally order list / invoices.
• Knowledge in MS Dynamics a Plus.
• Must have good MS Office & communication skills.
• Must be able to start work immediately / short notice

Responsibilities

• Check incoming stock tally with order list or invoices.
• Assist in inventory count and record unto the MS Dynamics / Excel
• Support / process customer orders, raise Purchase orders
• Email / reply to clients
• Coordinate and ensure timely delivery to customers
• Other duties assigned by supervisor
• Flexible work hours (7.30am-4.30pm / 8am-5pm / 9am-6pm); potential OT during onboarding
