Kuok Group Singapore is seeking a Fleet HSSEQ Quality Manager to join the HSSEQ leadership team. You will drive quality across fleet and group operations, manage non-conformances, and oversee audits and continuous improvement.

You will implement IMS quality procedures, lead root cause analyses, coordinate external audits, and present data to senior leadership. A degree in Nautical Studies or Engineering and a COC Master/Engineer are preferred.

Competenze

• Degree in Nautical Studies, Engineering or relevant field.
• COC Class 1 Master/Engineer or equivalent.
• Experience in HSSEQ quality within maritime or industrial sectors preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead fleet and group quality performance, ensure non-conformance management and audit readiness.
• Drive investigation methodologies (TapRooT, 5-Why) for root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Establish and maintain quality standards across operations per regulatory and client requirements.
• Oversee IMS quality procedures, work instructions and forms.
