Job summary

Kuok Group Singapore is seeking a Fleet HSSEQ Quality Manager to lead quality across fleet and group operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with IMS, ISO, and client requirements.

You will oversee audits, NCR trends, investigations, and supplier governance, presenting findings to senior HSSEQ leadership and coordinating with project teams to sustain compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nautical Studies or Engineering preferred.
• COC Class 1 Master/Engineer required.
• Experience in maritime HSSEQ quality management.

Responsibilities

• Lead fleet and group quality performance with non-conformance management.
• Oversee HiPo, LTI, and environmental incident investigations using TapRooT and 5-Why.
• Establish quality standards aligned with client and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and improve IMS/ISO certifications and audit readiness.
• Lead major external audits and manage NCR trends.
• Govern supplier quality and feed into quarterly HSSEQ reviews.
