Job summary

BEST Inc. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to oversee daily last-mile delivery and ensure service targets are met. You will manage the fleet network, vehicle allocation, and route coverage to maximize productivity.

You will work cross-functionally with warehouse, transport, customer service, and commercial teams, monitor KPIs, drive improvements, and implement automation where possible to reduce costs and boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in logistics, transportation, last-mile delivery, fleet management, or operations.
• Hands-on fleet network management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets; familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Ability to automate manual processes and drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily last-mile delivery operations and meet service targets.
• Manage and optimize fleet network, vehicle allocation, route coverage and resource utilization.
• Monitor driver and vehicle performance to maximize fleet utilization.
• Track KPIs such as SLA, OFD performance, delivery success rate, scan compliance and parcel aging.
• Identify gaps and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
• Collaborate with warehouse, transport, customer service and commercial teams to maintain smooth end-to-end operations.
• Support capacity planning for new customers and changes in daily delivery volume.
• Develop and improve operational processes to increase productivity and reduce operating costs.
