Job summary

Swire Shipping seeks a seasoned Crewing Manager to lead efficient, compliant and cost-conscious crew management for the MPP fleet, ensuring vessels are manned with qualified, medically fit seafarers and properly documented. The role also backs up the Fleet Crew Operations Manager.

You will coordinate with Marine Personnel Executives, manning partners and training teams to align deployments and rotations with operational needs while maintaining safety and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years' experience in crew management.
• At least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Master's degree in human resources or Maritime is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day crew management for the MPP fleet.
• Coordinate rotations, recruitment, and deployment with partners.
• Maintain crew data accuracy in MARINET and COEs.
• Manage crew welfare, medical matters and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with MLC, STCW, flag state and company requirements.
