Job summary

HP in Singapore seeks an Operations Leader to oversee manufacturing activities, ensuring inventory and cost performance while fulfilling downstream requirements.

You will manage a team of senior non-exempt contributors, drive hiring, performance planning, coaching, and career development, and ensure tools support effective processes. The role also drives maintenance programs and reports on operational performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering required.
• At least 4+ years of experience in Operations.
• Experience in Fab tool maintenance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing activities to meet performance targets (inventory, cost, etc).
• Lead a team of higher level non-exempt ICs supporting daily operations.
• Hire, set and monitor annual performance plans, coach and develop staff.
• Ensure products and services meet defined performance metrics by leadership.
• Structure maintenance programs focusing on tooling uptime, obsolescence, and spares mgmt.

• Manages a team of higher level non- exempt individual contributors who typically support moderately complex daily work activities.
• Responsible for hiring, setting, and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development; ensures that the proper tools are in place to support the team and the processes.
• Ensures the delivery of products and services that meet the performance metrics defined by next level management.
• Responsible for structuring maintenance program looking into tooling uptime / obsolescence project / spares management.
• Driving Maintenance focused tooling improvement initiatives
• Prepares Operation performance reports.
• Manages essential business critical process documents (i.e. Standard operating procedures, Statements of Work, Business Score Card / Dashboard, etc).
