Zebra Technologies Singapore is seeking an experienced firmware/software engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain embedded systems across Zebra's product portfolio. You will contribute to automated test development, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines to assure quality and throughput.

You’ll mentor junior engineers, collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams, and help drive process improvements while applying prompt engineering and Gen AI tools to raise day-to-day efficiencies.

Formación

• Experience in firmware/software development for embedded systems.
• Strong debugging and testing skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, design, develop, and maintain firmware/software for Zebra products.
• Perform system integration of software and hardware to maintain throughput and program consistency.
• Develop, validate, and test firmware/software features.
• Create user documentation for the tasks handled.
• Work may be reviewed for accuracy and overall adequacy.
• Follows established processes and directions.
• Designs and develops automated tests on a variety of firmware functionalities that constitute a portion of a larger project.
• Develops test plans describing the approach to test specific firmware functionality.
• Develops documentation for all the activities performed.
• Participates in code reviews for the automated test code created.
