Job summary

Micron Singapore Bendemeer (MSB) invites a highly motivated student to join the AI-Enabled Manufacturing Firmware Development and SSD Failure Analysis project as a full-time internship from Jan to May 2027. The role focuses on Manufacturing Test Firmware for SSD test environments, with exposure to embedded systems, AI tools, and data-driven failure analysis.

Candidates should be pursuing a degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science and be ready to contribute to firmware design

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• Strong programming skills in C/C++, Python and firmware development.
• Familiarity with embedded systems and storage interfaces is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate manufacturing-test requirements into firmware designs and test methods.
• Develop and validate firmware features using C, C++, Python for embedded environments.
• Apply AI assistants or Generative AI to code development, review and validation.
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and test-coverage opportunities.
