Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a customer support engineer to assist clients in implementing monitor functions and applications, and to debug issues in projects. You will collaborate with customers on project development, including on-site support in Singapore, and communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to address inquiries and ensure smooth deployments.

Technical knowledge in C programming and display interfaces will be valued as you diagnose and resolve hardware/software

Qualifications

• Proficient in C programming.
• Basic display-related knowledge.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for customer communication.
• Good communication skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of VGA/DisplayPort/HDMI/USB-C is a plus.
