Job summary

NodeFlair is seeking a System Administration Engineer to join their Singapore team. The role focuses on managing deployment, troubleshooting, upgrades, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, Windows servers, and security policies.

You will provide L2 support and collaborate on infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of Systems Admin experience, strong networking and scripting skills, and familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP),

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Computer Engineering, CS or IT.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Systems Administrator.
• Experience with networking, databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), cloud platforms and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Manage deployment, troubleshooting, upgrades, and maintenance of IT infrastructure including network, VPN, Windows servers, OS, email systems, applications, and hardware.
• Perform server administration (user access, security permissions, backups) and ensure systems work cohesively.
• Ensure security compliance, patch management, and role-based access control.
• Monitor systems and servers; manage backup and recovery procedures.
• Support hardware/software integration, performance tuning, and failure recovery.
• Implement and maintain security policies, firewall configurations, anti-virus solutions.
• Collaborate with IT Support on identity/access management, VPNs, and network security.
• Provide L2 support and assist with end-user issue resolution.
• Work with tech teams on infrastructure initiatives.
