The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, a bachelor's degree, and is passionate about fintech. This role includes building financial models, conducting market research, and collaborating across various functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of full‑time working experience in a top‑tier strategy consulting firm.
• Proven track record in complex problem solving using analytical techniques.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and change.

Responsibilities

• Own key workstreams such as financial and lending performance analysis.
• Build financial models and forecasting tools to support new fintech initiatives.
• Conduct external market research and competitor benchmarking.
