Job summary

ShopeePay Regional BI&A Team in Singapore is seeking a data-driven professional to transform raw data into strategic insights that propel user growth, engagement, and revenue in Southeast Asia.

You will lead data-centric projects, collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, and help optimize data pipelines and reporting. A strong SQL background and Python familiarity are essential, with the potential to apply AI tools to improve operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS/Engineering/Analytics/IT/Finance/Statistics or related field.
• Strong ability to utilize SQL for complex data querying and analysis.
• Python experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to independently drive project milestones and deliver results on time.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, logical approach to business challenges.
• Excellent communication to articulate insights to stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation, or applying generative AI solutions to improve operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges influencing growth and strategic decisions.
• Lead data-centric projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to integrate data insights into business processes, focusing on user growth, revenue, and app engagement.
• Construct and maintain key performance reports and analytical reviews to monitor ShopeePay's operations.
• Perform data cleaning and transformation to ensure data accuracy in the datamart.
• Support data infrastructure improvements, including data pipelines, models, and reporting frameworks.
