Job summary

Monee is a leading digital payments and financial services provider in Southeast Asia with a growing presence in Latin America. We are seeking a 2027 graduate to drive product vision and own end-to-end lifecycles in Digital Bank, Credit, Payment, or Insurance.

You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, collaborate with engineering, design, data and risk teams, and iterate based on performance insights in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or has a Bachelor’s degree or above, expected to graduate by July 2027 and join by August 2027.
• Strong critical thinking and structured reasoning to solve complex problems.
• Internship or work experience in business analysis, product management, project management, or related field is a plus.
• Experience in Bank, Credit, Payment, Insurance or related industry is a plus.
• Self-driven, positive attitude and team player.
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive product vision and roadmap for Digital Bank, Credit, Payment or Insurance by translating business and user needs into clear requirements.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch iteration.
• Produce and maintain PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Risk, and stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and risks to deliver quality results.
• Track product success metrics and use data/feedback to inform decisions.
