Job summary

InternSG is seeking a hands-on outbound role to identify and engage potential partners and customers. You will conduct outreach across multiple channels, qualify leads, and set up intro calls for senior team members.

The role emphasizes refining outreach scripts and tracking performance, with potential for full-time conversion based on results, in a fintech/startup environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication in English.
• Able and comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups.
• Well-organized, persistent, and able to move conversations forward.
• Interest in fintech, trading, startups, or SaaS.
• Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, spreadsheets, Notion, or CRM tools.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential partners (trading communities, universities, fintech platforms, brokers, content creators, funds).
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, and other channels.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and maintain a simple CRM/lead tracker.
• Set up intro calls, demos, or partnership discussions for senior team members.
• Help refine outreach scripts, pitch decks, and partnership proposals.
• Track response rates, conversion metrics, and iterate on what works.
• Support ad-hoc business development and go-to-market initiatives.
