AIA Financial Advisers in Singapore is seeking a financial services consultant to join a top agency with flexible hybrid work scheduling and a focus on work-life balance. Base pay ranges from SGD 3,000 to SGD 7,000 per month with uncapped commissions and bonuses, plus annual incentive trips and structured training from day one.

You will acquire new clients via multiple platforms, build lasting client relationships, and have opportunities to advance to team lead or specialize in B2B

Qualifications

• Diploma in a locally recognised polytechnic minimum or the equivalent of overseas.
• Singapore citizen or PR ONLY. No quota for foreigners.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients through platforms and meet or exceed monthly KPIs.
• Build relationships with clients to get repeat business and referrals.
• Recruit and rise up to team leader rank where income becomes more passive, or specialise in B2B corporate insurance or investments.
