Job summary

Prudential Singapore is seeking a Wealth Solutions Consultant to drive client acquisition across digital platforms and events. You decide your schedule with hybrid work options, and earnings increase with performance through uncapped commissions and incentives.

Applicants with or without prior insurance experience are welcome; training and guidance are provided. A polytechnic diploma or overseas equivalent is required to start, with opportunities to advance to senior roles over time.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a polytechnic or overseas equivalent.
• No prior experience required; insurance/sales background is a bonus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to hybrid work arrangements.

• Full or part time both possible

• Basic salary $3k/mth to $7k/mth depending on experience and last drawn plus uncapped commissions & bonuses in addition. Earn $10-50k per month if you do well.

• Only insurer to provide $2000 upfront for prospecting costs to give new advisers a headstart

• Flexible work schedule - you decide the days and time you want to work, and wfh or in office.

• You will be assigned to one of the top agencies in the company and structured training and guidance are constantly provided from the start.

• Multiple cold market platforms (more than other companies) provided for you to bring in sales & excel in the role. No need to prospect friends and family if you don't wish to.

• Assistance will be provided to help close first few cases to form the foundation & give a headstart into the career.

• Career progression opportunities to rise up to senior consultant or lead a team/agency if you excel over time.

• Yearly incentive trips to Europe and the Americas fully paid for by Prudential.

• Experienced consultants are welcome to apply for senior title.

• Candidates who pass the interviews will have to clear 4 exams (RES5, M9, M9A & HI) before they can begin in the job. All exam costs are covered.

Duties:

• Acquire new clients through the various platforms (social media & company tie-ups leads, roadshows, cold call) provided and meet or exceed monthly KPIs

• Build relationships with clients to get repeat business and referrals

• Recruit & rise up to team leader rank where income becomes more passive, or specialise in B2B corporate insurance or investments

Requirements:

• No quota for work passes

• Diploma in a locally recognised polytechnic minimum or the equivalent of overseas

• No prior experience needed. Those with insurance/sales experience will be a bonus
