Applicants with or without prior insurance experience are welcome; training and guidance are provided. A polytechnic diploma or overseas equivalent is required to start, with opportunities to advance to senior roles over time.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a polytechnic or overseas equivalent.
• No prior experience required; insurance/sales background is a bonus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to hybrid work arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients through multiple platforms and meet monthly KPIs.
• Build lasting relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
• Possibly advance to team leader or specialise in corporate insurance or investments.
