M-DAQ Global, a pioneering fintech group specialising in FX and cross-border payments, is seeking an FP&A Intern to join the Finance team in a hands-on role. You’ll learn budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while supporting strategic decisions.

You will work in a flexible hybrid setup across the region, gaining exposure to global FX solutions and financial operations within a fast-growing company.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Intern to join our Finance team. This role offers hands‑on experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. You will work closely with the FP&A team to support strategic decision‑making and gain exposure to the financial operations of a dynamic business.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly management reports, financial dashboards, and variance analyses.
• Support and contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process by consolidating financial data, preparing working files, and ensuring timely submissions
• Conduct financial and business analysis to support strategic and operational initiatives.
• Maintain and enhance financial models, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data inputs and outputs.
• Support various ad-hoc financial analyses, executive presentations, and special projects as required.
• Work closely with teams across departments to gather, validate, and interpret financial and operational data
• Assist in building and maintaining databases and dashboards to streamline reporting and improve data accessibility.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of financial modeling is a plus).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
