Job summary

Ethos BeathChapman recruits a Financial Analyst for a leading multinational consumer goods organization. The role centers on budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and performance reporting to drive growth and informed decisions.

You will collaborate with commercial and cross-functional teams to evaluate performance, identify opportunities and risks, build financial models and offer strategic recommendations that optimize results.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• 5+ years of FP&A or finance business partnering experience.
• Strong analytical capabilities and fast-paced environment adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and performance reporting.
• Develop financial models and provide strategic insights to drive growth.
• Partner with commercial and cross-functional stakeholders to assess performance, opportunities and risks.
• Support planning cycles, reporting requirements, budget governance and timeliness of reporting with Finance Controlling, Supply Planning and shared services.

This role plays a critical part in driving budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance reporting while providing strategic insights that support business growth and informed decision-making. Partnering closely with commercial and cross-functional stakeholders, you will evaluate business performance, identify opportunities and risks, deliver financial analysis and modelling, and provide recommendations to optimize results. You will also support planning cycles, reporting requirements, budget management, and financial governance while collaborating with Finance Controlling, Supply Planning, and shared services teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of experience in FP&A, or finance business partnering, ideally within the FMCG or Consumer goods space. You bring strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
