Job summary

Koufu Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a capable FP&A professional to lead budgeting, quarterly forecasts and cash flow analysis across multiple business units. You will prepare monthly management reports with financial insights to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA), or relevant experience
  • At least 3 years experience in similar capacity
  • Familiar with working in fast-moving environment providing accurate and timely information
  • Possess a high degree of communication and analytical skills, particularly attuned to working well with non-finance professionals
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment and manage tight deadlines
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, coordinate and lead the annual budgeting for all business units, quarterly forecasts, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries
  • Prepare monthly management reports and presentation materials, including financial analysis and performance insight to support strategic decision making
  • Analyze variances and exploring potential problems with line managers and making appropriate recommendations and advising of the impact on the business
  • Ensure spending is kept within budget
  • Offer professional judgement on financial matters and advise on ways to improve business performance
  • Improve the systems and workflows surrounding all aspects of budget, forecasts and business planning, to identify processes which can be further improved and assist in the implementation of new improvement into the existing processes
  • Establish and maintain costing models, cost variance analysis and to interprete and communicate financial data to non-financial managers
  • Monitor and evaluate financial information systems and suggest improvements where required
  • Perform other ad hoc job duties as assigned
