Job summary

The French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (FCCS) is seeking a Manager to join its Financial Due Diligence team, supporting a broad range of corporate transactions from deal screening to closing.

You will analyse earnings quality, net assets and cash flows, lead transaction-related services, mentor junior staff and collaborate with clients across geographies to deliver practical, data-driven insights that maximise value for clients.

Qualifications

• Degree qualifications in accounting or business, or professional accounting qualifications.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in global accounting firms with knowledge of financial due diligence and M&A processes.
• Demonstrates proven expertise and success in leadership roles providing financial due diligence to large company and private equity fund clients.
• Experience interviewing executive management at target companies and assessing target company's quality of earnings, net assets, and cash flows.
• Prior experience in South East Asia is highly regarded, but not essential.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions.
• Willingness to travel and work across geographies.

Working with leading organisations across a variety of industries, you will help clients identify opportunities, navigate complex transactions and maximise value. Through data-driven analysis and commercial insights, the team helps clients make informed decisions and achieve their strategic objectives.

The Role

As a Manager in the team, you are expected to provide financial due diligence and other transaction-related services to large corporate and private equity fund clients. You are expected to analyse complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You are expected to focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and technical skills.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in global accounting firms, with detailed knowledge and understanding of financial due diligence and M&A processes
• Demonstrates proven expertise and success in leadership roles providing financial due diligence and other transaction-related services to large company and private equity fund clients.
• Demonstrates proven expertise and success in leadership interviewing executive management at target companies, as well as extensive knowledge assessing a target company's quality of earnings, net assets, and cash flows.
• Prior experience working in South East Asia is highly regarded, but not essential.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills including the ability to interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions.
• Enthusiasm to work as part of a team based across multiple geographies to meet challenging client deadlines in a fast paced environment.
