Job summary

ALLIED SEARCH PTE.LTD. in Singapore seeks a Finance Director to lead financing, funding strategy, FP&A, and finance transformation for long-term sustainability. You will partner with senior leadership and government agencies to drive enterprise-wide financial and operational change with strong governance.

You will develop funding models, dashboards, budgeting, forecasting and reporting frameworks, and work with IT and business leaders to deliver digital transformation in finance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business or equivalent.
• 15 years of leadership experience in finance transformation, FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Lead organization financing, funding strategy, payment models, and finance transformation.
• Partner with senior leadership and government agencies to drive enterprise-wide financial transformation.
• Develop funding allocation methodologies, workforce funding models, and resource planning frameworks.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making and long-term sustainability.
• Translate national policies into practical funding and financial frameworks for the organisation.
• Lead the design, implementation, and governance of the payment models and funding mechanisms.
• Drive standardization, simplification, and automation of payment and funding processes.
• Lead enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives, leveraging technology and data analytics.
• Drive the implementation of integrated budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance management systems.
• Establish financial governance, data standards, and reporting frameworks across the cluster.
• Partner with IT and business leaders to deliver finance and digital transformation programmes.
• Develop executive dashboards and management reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
• Strengthen financial governance, accountability, and performance management frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving multiple institutions and stakeholder groups.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
