Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Finance/FP&A professional to support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close. You will analyze variances, consolidate data across regions, and partner with commercial teams to drive performance.

The role requires a strong Excel/PowerPoint skill set, an analytical mindset, and the ability to manage large data across a fast-paced environment. Based in Bugis, Singapore, 12-month contract with a potential bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts with explanations and recommendations.
• Consolidate data from Regions and Countries for monthly reporting, planning and forecasting.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly Area sales forecasts by country.
• Prepare journal entries and support month-end close for accurate reporting.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support monthly close and divisional reporting.
• Provide financial support to commercial teams through analysis and business partnering.
• Reconcile service equipment with accounting records for accuracy.
• Extract reports from SAP and analyze financial data for insights.
• Upload and extract financial data in TM1 for planning and reporting.
• Collaborate with commercial, operations and functional teams.

Job Scope:

Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Support annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning processes
• Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts, providing clear explanations and recommendations

Business Performance Analysis

• Collect and consolidate data from Regions and Countries to support monthly internal reporting, financial planning, and forecasting processes
• Prepare and consolidate monthly Area sales forecasts/estimates by country
• Prepare journal entries and support month-end close activities to ensure accurate financial reporting at functional and departmental levels
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support monthly close, forecasts, Latest Best Estimates (LBE), and other divisional reporting requirements
• Provide financial support to the commercial team, including analysis and business partnering
• Reconcile service equipment with accounting records to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Extract reports from SAP and analyze financial data to generate actionable insights
• Upload and extract financial data in TM1 system for planning and reporting purposes

Business Partnering

• Collaborate closely with commercial, operations, and functional teams

  Additional Information:

  • Salary – Up to S$4.4K per month + 1-month bonus
  • Contract duration: 12-month contract
  • Commencement Date: Oct 2026
  • Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Location: Bugis
