Job summary

Vouch is partnering with an established maritime organisation to hire a Regional Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join the finance team and contribute to planning and performance analysis.

You will support forecasting, reporting, and model development to drive strategic decisions across business units, coordinate monthly closes, and help enhance controls and processes. Candidates with 3 years FP&A experience and a degree in Accountancy are encouraged to apply; Big 4 backgrounds welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
• At least 3 years of FP&A, accounting, or related experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of data analytics techniques is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A for financial analysis, forecasting and reporting to drive decisions.
• Analyze financial and business performance across units.
• Prepare management reports, perform variance analysis, and suggest cost savings.

Responsibilities:

• Support the FP&A team in providing insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to drive strategic decision-making
• Perform detailed analysis of business and financial performance for various business units
• Preparing comprehensive management reports, conducting variance analysis, and recommending strategies for cost reduction and profit improvement
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Enhance internal controls and financial processes to ensure continuous improvement

Qualification:
