Job summary

Swiss Re Singapore seeks a finance professional to support a major transformation initiative, including decommissioning a sub-ledger and migrating to a new system landscape. You will ensure data integrity, support report redevelopment, and coordinate stakeholders across finance, IT and business units.

The role also covers BAU finance operations, quarterly close, audits, and regulatory reporting. The position requires 1–3 years in finance or related fields, strong Excel skills, and experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, information systems, or related discipline.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, reporting, finance operations, systems implementation, or transformation projects.
• Experience with financial data, reconciliations, and reporting processes.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with finance systems and reporting tools.
• Experience supporting testing, system migrations, or process improvement initiatives is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support sub-ledger decommissioning and data integrity during migration.
• Assist in redesign and rebuilding of reports in the new system.
• Coordinate testing (UAT/system tests) and data validation activities.
• Document processes, controls, and governance for the transformation program.
• Provide BAU finance support including close, reporting, audits, and ad hoc projects.
