Job summary

EY Advisory PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Associate to advance the Finance agenda, design end-to-end processes, and support automation initiatives across Finance functions in Singapore.

You will collect data, analyze current-state processes, and contribute to recommendations while collaborating with client counterparts and internal teams. Strong communication and ERP skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting or professional services
• ERP systems knowledge across key finance processes: Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Gather data and information through interviews and process walkthroughs
• Analyze, optimize and redesign end-to-end Finance processes and related technology
• Support automation of Finance processes using RPA, AI and ML
• Conduct research and collect information to provide value-adding recommendations
• Describe Finance Policies and improve Data & Standards within Finance Performance Management
• Assist in designing Finance strategy, Operating Model and Governance
• Support proposal development for senior stakeholders
• Attend internal Finance trainings and complete required trainings
• Build positive relationships with peers and managers for advice and support
