Job summary

EY Singapore invites graduates to join our Financial Accounting and Advisory Team, supporting CFO agendas and partnering with financial institutions. You’ll work beyond traditional accounting, emphasizing finance transformation and data-driven value creation to help clients succeed.

You will gain hands-on experience in FP&A, reporting frameworks, and navigating regulatory changes, enabling you to optimize processes and strengthen controls for sustainable performance.

Qualifications

• Final year undergraduates or recent graduates from programs relating to accounting, finance, data/business analytics, or equivalent, including a Master of Professional Accounting.
• Curious, explorative, innovative, with a bold ambition for change.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with financial institutions to drive finance transformation initiatives.
• Conduct data transformation and analytics to generate valuable business insights.
• Support the sustainability agenda by assisting in the development and implementation of long-term value reporting and disclosure frameworks.
• Provide expertise in FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Assist clients in optimizing processes and implementing robust controls to improve operational efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Stay up to date with new accounting standards and regulatory changes, guiding clients through implementation and adoption.
• Contribute to strategic restructuring projects and new entity set-ups.
