Job summary

NUS Information Technology at National University of Singapore seeks an experienced FP&A/Reporting systems lead to drive delivery and operations for Finance apps, focusing on planning, consolidation and reporting. You will partner with business users, vendors and IT stakeholders to design solutions and ensure successful implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of Finance applications.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• At least 10 years in IT, including 5+ years in FP&A/Reporting systems and SAP Finance.
• Domain knowledge in financial planning and reporting processes (annual budget cycles, rolling forecasts, scenario modelling, allocations).
• Functional/technical experience with Jedox and SAP S/4HANA (FICO, PS, FM, TRM, CLM) are a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to quickly synthesize information and explain complex topics.
• Certifications such as PMP or CITPM are an advantage; SAP/Jedox certifications are a plus.
• Experience in Higher Education is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder engagement and user management for planning, consolidation and reporting needs.
• Translate requirements into functional specs and designs; ensure secure, scalable solutions.
• Lead end-to-end FP&A, consolidation and reporting projects with governance and budget targets.
• Maintain and support FP&A/Finance applications; manage patches, upgrades and QA.
• Ensure audit readiness, security compliance and proper documentation.
