Job summary

Temasek seeks a Functional Business Analyst for a Leave of Absence cover in the Governance & Technology team within Financial Management. You will maintain day-to-day Finance system operations and support UAT for Workday Finance releases while coordinating data workstreams and documentation to enable the permanent team to focus on strategic deliverables.

You will collaborate across Workday Finance, internet banking platforms, and automation tools, using AI-enabled approaches to improve testing,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience in ERP system support, business analysis, or data management.
Experience with Workday Finance is preferred.

Responsibilities

Absorb BAU responsibilities across Finance system operations, including configuration, issue resolution, user support, and management of service requests, change requests, and user access reviews.
Support end-to-end UAT for Workday/Snowflake new features and releases, including test preparation, execution, defect management, and sign-off coordination.
Assist in project delivery across requirements gathering, documentation, testing, deployment readiness, and post-implementation support.
Leverage AI and technology tools to improve testing efficiency, issue tracking, and project coordination.
