LOTTE Travel Retail Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to oversee daily financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare reports for HQ in South Korea. You will liaise between local Singapore colleagues and the Korea-based finance team to improve reporting accuracy and system functionality.

Ideal candidates are graduates in Accounting/Business with strong MS Excel skills, meticulous and analytical mindset, and fluency in English and Korean.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, speak, write and translate between English and Korean at a professional level for finance reporting to HQ.
• Fresh diploma or degree graduates are welcome to apply.
• Degree in Accounting/Business preferred.
• Meticulous and analytical mindset with strong business acumen.
• Intermediate or advanced MS Excel skills.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of overseeing daily financial transactions. This encompasses a range of tasks, including but not limited to, the verification of transactions, compilation of Finance related report to HQ in South Korea, and most importantly, ensuring the utmost accuracy of all accounting entries submitted by various stakeholders operating within our financial system.

Moreover, you will act as a vital liaison between our local colleagues in Singapore and the finance team based at our headquarters in South Korea. This position will require you to facilitate efficient communication channels, thereby enhancing collaboration and operational effectiveness. You will play a pivotal role in improving system functionalities which are crucial for timely and accurate daily reporting.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

• 1. AR Retail Sales, Collection & Reconciliation
• 2. AR Non-Retail / Non-Trade, Collection & Reconciliation
• 3. Bank Statement Reconciliation & Reporting
• 4. Back-End Collection Creation & Refund Processing
