Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a skilled Accountant to manage full-set month-end, quarterly and year-end closing activities, and assist in data migration to our in-house system. You will help set up finance processes, ensure internal controls, and prepare group consolidation and statutory reports.

The role reports to the CFO, with a Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:30pm schedule in an on-site, permanent position. AWS and VB skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience with full-set month-end, quarterly and year-end closing.
• Involvement in financial data migration to in-house accounting system.
• Ability to set up and maintain finance-related processes and internal controls.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for full-set month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
• Involve in financial data migration from external sources to in-house accounting.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining finance-related processes, policies and ensuring compliance with internal controls.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and group consolidation reports for each entity.
• Resolve issues affecting accuracy and timelines of General Ledger and Financial Reporting.
• Collaborate with HQ finance to ensure reporting integrity.
• Responsible for statutory reporting preparation.
• Main liaison with auditors and responsible for audit adjustments.
• Completion of government surveys as required.
• Maintain treasury controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Support the treasury lead with controls and processes to ensure financial transparency.
• Other ad hoc matters.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and group consolidation reports foreach entity.
• Resolve any related issues that affect the accuracy and timelines of GeneralLedger and Financial Reporting.
• Collaborate with the HQ finance team to ensure reporting integrity.
• Responsible for statutory reporting preparation.
• Main liaison with auditors and responsible for audit adjustments.
• Completion of government surveys as and when required.
• Maintain treasury controls by preparing and recommending/implementingpolicies and procedures.
• Responsible for activities reporting to Control & Governance.
• Support the treasury lead with controls and processes to ensure the upholdingof financial transparency.
• Other Ad hoc matters.
