Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Hospital Costing and Billing Specialist to manage the hospital’s service and drug code suite and pricing conditions within the National Billing System. You will perform costing for services and drugs to satisfy MOHH costing requirements and support cost rebase activities for Value Driven Outcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant business or finance disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the entire suite of the hospital’s service and drug codes, as well as pricing conditions in National Billing System.
• Perform costing of the hospital’s services and drugs to meet the requirements of National Costing Exercise via MOHH Costing Systems.
• Support the cost rebase for Value Driven Outcome purposes.
• Perform regular fee and cost benchmarking across the industry to guide departments on efficiency opportunities
• Interpret policies and guidelines from Ministry of Health (MOH) and work closely with the departments to implement the policies both operationally and in the respective systems
• Maintain the integrity of cost-of-service codes in the respective finance systems.

Education
