Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in finance operations and controls.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and reconciliations.
- ERP systems familiarity.
- Excellent communication across functions.
Responsibilities
- Review cross-currency transactions and assess accounting treatments.
- Establish sustainable processes and GST guidance.
- Strengthen controls on foreign currency transactions and FX exposures.
- Identify and resolve finance, accounting, and operational issues.
- Review and strengthen balance sheet reconciliation control framework.
- Assess finance control frameworks and streamline processes.
- Analyze system/process challenges and implement sustainable solutions.
- Document finance system capabilities and seek automation.
