Job summary

All Saints Home in Singapore is seeking an Assistant/Accountant to act as a Finance Business Partner to our Senior Care Centres and Active Aging Centres. The role centres on ensuring accurate accounting, timely closings, and compliant reporting across multiple sites.

You will manage full sets of accounts, prepare financial statements, submit GST returns, and assist in annual budgeting while coordinating with auditors and internal stakeholders. Travel to other centres is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience leading a team and managing stakeholders; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts and ensure timely monthly closing with the team.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Timely submission of GST returns and other statutory filings.
• Review processes to ensure compliance with accounting standards and governance.
• Oversee fixed assets listing and capitalization.
• Maintain AR/AP processes and GL reconciliations; supervise AR staff.
• Assist in annual budgeting; compute budget revenues for centers.
• Support insurance-related matters and consolidate premiums as needed.
• Willing to travel to other Senior Care and Active Aging Centres regularly.
