Job summary

rma consultants pte ltd is seeking a Finance & Operations Manager/Assistant Manager for a 10‑month contract in West, Singapore. The role focuses on financial planning, budgeting, grant administration and development of finance processes across programme initiatives.

The successful candidate will track budgets, monitor expenditures, prepare management updates and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely financial reporting and procurement alignment.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance, budgeting, grants administration or operations.
• Strong analytical, coordination and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support budget planning, tracking and reporting for Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the programme.
• Assist in establishing and documenting finance, budget management and reporting processes for Phase 2.
• Monitor expenditure, financial commitments, forecasts and budget utilisation, and prepare management updates.
• Support grant administration, project budgeting, procurement and related financial documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on budget submissions, claims, purchase requests and financial reporting.
• Maintain finance dashboards, budget trackers and standard operating procedures.
• Perform other finance and operational duties as required.
